What to Expect
Our uniformed technician will introduce themselves to you and then, in your presence, check the oven that you have booked to be cleaned. Any defects, dents or scratches will be noted and photos taken before and after to safeguard both you, the customer, and us in case of any query after the oven has been cleaned.
Our technician will then ensure that all surfaces surrounding the oven are adequately covered before commencing the work. Your oven will then be stripped down which involves removing trays, racking and fan cover which will then be taken and placed into our professional dip tank which is housed inside the van. While these items are soaking the technician will begin their work on your oven by removing the door and (if applicable) take out the glass to ensure that they can clean all the surfaces on all sides. The roof, sides, base and the back of the oven is then cleaned using spray and paste. All our cleaning products that we use are eco- friendly, non- caustic, bio-degradable and fume free.
After the cleaning process has been completed and your oven has been restored to a shiny, clean and as good as new state, our technician will ask you to inspect their work and that it has been finished to your complete satisfaction. They will demonstrate to you that your oven is in full working order and ensure that the working area has been left clean and tidy with all equipment, debris and coverings removed. They will then give you an invoice and receipt after payment is made. Please note that at this time we can only accept cheques and cash.
Similar procedures are used when cleaning hobs, extractor fans, microwaves and BBQs and should you want to ask any questions or need any more information before, during or after the cleaning process our technician will be more than happy to answer them for you.

Most frequently asked question:
How often do I need to have my oven cleaned?
There is no definitive answer as it depends on how often you cook, what you cook and how you cook it, so it can range between 6 to 12 months.
